Some participants use corporate cards to pay for their registrations and
cannot add a guest or accompanying person to their orders, but the
participant would like to pay separately for this guest using a private
credit card. If this is your case, please read these instructions carefully:
1) Please bear in mind that a guest is a person that a participant can bring to the symposium but he/she does not work or study in the subject areas related to IRS2008. Such accompanying persons will not have access to the scientific program. Typical examples are spouses, siblings, significant others, etc.; 2) Proceed with the registration for the conference participant in any of the categories: "Participant" (regular participant), "Student", or "Lower fee countries", paying for this registration with the corporate credit card. This participant receives by e-mail a registration ID that will be validated after the purchase is successful; 3) Reload or refresh the conference web page. Do not use the "Back" button on your web browser. Fill in the guest's data in the "General" tab of the online registration form and select the "Guest paying separately" category. If you have additional guests, you can fill in their data on the "Guests" tab; 4) Proceed to the payment page and complete the payment using the private credit card.
