In order to take advantage of any special price deals for hotel booking
during IRS2008 you *must* follow the instructions below. Otherwise (i.e.
booking directly via the hotels' websites) you might be subject to higher
prices than the negotiated fees for the IRS2008 participants.
1) To place a reservation at Mabu first click on the link below Mabu's logo
to open their homepage, then click on the IRS2008 logo at the bottom of the
page and fill out the reservation form.
2) To arrange reservations with the other hotels please contact directly the
official travel agency for IRS 2008 by e-mail, phone or fax:

3) Hotel reservation and cancellation policy
For hotel reservation participants will be asked to pay only the amount
corresponding to one daily rate at the hotel of their choice. In case of
cancellation, no charge will be applied if communicated up to 7 days before
the hotel check-in date, and the ammount paid will be totally refunded.
If cancellation is made after this date there will be no reimbursement.
