Dear participant,

If you want your paper published in the Proceedings Book of IRS2008 we encourage you to submit an extended abstract with maximum four pages no later than 31 July 2008. The extended abstract will be reviewed and published in the book after the symposium. Since the book has a ISBN number, the paper can be referred as a refereed paper.
Please, notice that you do not have to submit an extended abstract to attend IRS2008;
the proceeding booklet at the time of the symposium will include your abstract submitted until 20 February.


IRS2008 Proceedings will be edited by the American Institute of Physics (AIP). Therefore authors should follow the Guidelines for papers published by AIP and fill the transfer of copyright agreement:

The manuscript format will be 8.5x11 inches in single column, U.S. standard letter size, in pdf format. Do not forget to download the copyright transfer. After filled and signed, please transform it in pdf format.

The manuscript and the copyright should be sent to irs2008.abstracts@gmail.com no late than 31 July. Please rename your manuscript as papernumber_manuscript.pdf and papernumber_copyright.pdf
