All participants are requested to submit their abstracts in English, using the “Abstract Submission” link provided in this website no lather than 20 February 2008. In the on-line submission, authors are asked to indicate the most preferred session (oral or poster) in which the authors would like to present their paper. After reviewing the papers, the Program Committee (IRC officers plus main session conveners) may change/rearrange submitted papers to other oral/poster program sessions despite author’s preference.

   The abstract will be used to judge the suitability for oral or poster presentation of an appropriate session. Therefore, it is in the author’s own interest to prepare the abstracts with enough scientific information for review by the Program Committee.
